Undated 52-Week Zone System
Simple ADHD Cleaning Planner
One Room a Day, No Overwhelm
$8.99 · Paperback
What's inside
- One zone a day, five days a week. Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom, Living Areas, Reset Day. Never more than one category to think about at once.
- Tasks are already filled in, not blank. Every zone comes with three specific tasks, so there's always a clear instruction, never a choice to make.
- Every week page looks identical. No guessing how to use it. Flip to any week and the layout is exactly the same.
- 52 full week-spreads, counted and verified. Undated, so it works any time of year and never runs out mid-year.
- Two small daily habit trackers, kept separate from zone tasks, so nothing repeats itself or feels redundant.
About this planner
Most ADHD cleaning planners leave the actual tasks up to you and expect you to figure it out. This one doesn't. Every zone comes with three specific tasks already filled in, so you always know exactly what to do, not a long list to get through.
The Simple ADHD Cleaning Planner uses a 5-zone rotation: one room, one day, three tasks. The tasks rotate every few weeks so it's never the exact same list 52 times in a row, but it's still one zone, one day, always specific, and never a choice to make. It's undated, so you can start any week of the year, and every one of the 52 week-spreads inside has been counted to make sure the planner does what the cover says.
Two small daily habits (making the bed, a 10-minute tidy) are tracked separately from the weekly zones, so nothing on the page repeats itself. One rule carries through everything else: put it away, not down. Some people call this OHIO, Only Handle It Once.
Built for how ADHD brains actually work: fewer decisions per page, not more features.
